I was so happy with my stay over New Year. The place was clean, and whenever I wanted a room change or cleaning, they were there. The service was great, especially at reception, and everyone was respectful. I’d recommend it to anyone coming here. It’s in a good central area, about 10 minutes from the beach. Al Jazeera, the Arabic restaurant, is also close by.

The location on Double Road made everything easy to reach on foot, from shops, money changers and street food to a quick laundry service. Breakfast was tasty, with good variety and a different menu each day. Parking felt safe and was simple to use. They also kept our laundry safe while we were out and stored our bags after checkout. Ask for a room away from the road if you need quiet. Traffic noise in the road-facing rooms was constant and got to me, but management kindly moved us to a bigger, quieter room in a back corner. One person at the front desk was a bit rude, though another staff member helped us warmly and professionally. Convenient for a short city stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Santika Seminyak. The staff were lovely from reception to the restaurant. The woman at the egg station and the woman at reception stood out for their smiles and kindness. The hotel is on a main road, close to what you need, but our room was quiet. Legion Beach was about an 8-minute motorcycle ride away. Our room was spacious enough, with a king-size bed and a good-sized bathroom. The pool was warm and pleasant. It might feel small when crowded, but there weren’t many people when we visited, so we enjoyed it a lot. The gym could be better for this kind of place. Terima kasih!

Puspa deserves special thanks for the outstanding service. From booking onward, they were professional, attentive and ready to help with questions or requests. Their friendly manner made the stay even better. The location was convenient, the atmosphere relaxing, and the facilities excellent. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

A power outage across Bali led me to book this hotel at the last minute for one night. The receptionist kindly gave me a discount, and the service from the staff was impeccable. I enjoyed the delicious welcome drink on the rooftop, and they made my breakfast to go in a box. The rooftop views are so lovely that I returned later to spend time there with my parents. They’re responsive on WA, and guests can get free entry to Cafe Del Mar.
