I stayed two nights, and they didn't clean my room for the second one. The hot water and TV were both off, the door handle was broken, communication was poor, and the lift was out of order. It cost far too much for this experience. I hope they improve the service and communication. Maybe I'll change my review if they do.

The staff were fairly friendly, and for a budget stay the bedroom was okay, even though the curtain was hanging off to one side. The bathroom had lots of stains on the walls and was a bit dirty. There's no room for error with the sink water either: it seemed to carry electricity, so be careful and use a glass instead of putting your hand under it. There were no amenities, and the towel was only so-so and needs replacing.

It's a pleasant place with helpful, welcoming staff, clean rooms and a good price. There's no cafe or canteen, though, so breakfast takes some planning. Be ready to use a food delivery app.

This place felt scary as hell. I booked through Traveloka, and after checking in I found no soap, a leaking hand-wash sink, a TV with a black screen, and no phone in the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really poor service and a terrible room. Several things in the room didn't work properly, and even after I'd checked in, they were slow to respond.
