The male receptionist was extremely rude, and the villas were disgusting. We moved from the first one because of heavy mold, a broken fridge, and a TV that didn't work. There were no smart TVs, so we couldn't watch any Australian programs. In the villa we were given, the main bedroom bathroom door was so loud we had to slam it shut and use our hip and shoulder to open it. The air conditioner was old, noisy, and didn't cool enough, keeping us awake. The main bedroom doors wouldn't shut properly, and we got bitten by insects. The dining table was rotten and uncomfortable to eat at. The second bedroom toilet leaked, the Wi-Fi kept dropping, and cracks in the pool floor cut my husband's toe. The rotten pool deck also felt unsafe. The food was disgusting. We tried to agree on something with the staff, who only accepted taking $36 off our room bill. A lot of vehicles won't go to the villa reception because it's hard to access, so it seems suitable only for scooters. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, even a homeless person.

Jas is in a handy spot, close to restaurants and shopping, with easy access to other areas. The place was very quiet and reasonably priced, though it could use some TLC.

For an affordable villa, this is a great option because of its price and location. It's clean, the staff are great, and amenities are close by. The internet was really slow, though, so get a SIM and don't count on the Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it.

Our room had its own pool, a bathtub, and a kitchen stocked with plates and everything else we needed. The villa is in the heart of Seminyak, with the beach and shops a short walk away, so it wasn't too noisy. The room was comfortable, and the service was even better. We mentioned that the water pump in our first room was noisy, and the receptionist happily moved us. Breakfast was generous, with fresh fruit smoothie and cut fruit. A good affordable option if you want a convenient Seminyak location.

The staff were really helpful, and I loved the area, with lots of delicious restaurants nearby. We had a great time at Jas Villas. I'd suggest improving the cleaning overall.
