For travellers, it can work for a night, with late check-in and its own parking. Choco 88 residence is the same as Artcho residence. Those are about the only positives. The rooms are moldy and the toilet smells. Air conditioning costs an extra 50k IDR, but the power often goes out. If you open the windows, a cat comes in, and staff or other guests make too much noise at night.

It was so noisy, and the room was dirty and full of cockroaches. The toilet had dead cockroaches all over it. The AC felt very hot, even set to 16°C. I recommend staying here with my friends.

The location is strategic, and the receptionist and other people there are friendly, which is why I didn't give it two or one star. The rest really needs attention. If you're talking about it, you have to know the characteristics. The room wasn't good enough, there was no water provided, no toiletries, and no proper blanket. The facilities are lacking, especially for a price above 100 thousand.
