The welcome was warm, the staff lovely, and the place lush and green right in central Ubud. It's a great option for a short budget stay, with no scooter noise from outside. Sound carries between the buildings, though, so bring headphones or earplugs if you don't want to hear every sound your neighbor makes. Bring mosquito repellent too, as you would anywhere in Ubud. We'll come back!

For the price, this is great value. The location is good, the beds are large, and the air conditioning works well. The room sits in the middle of the forest, with everything visible from the window. Expect lots of nighttime forest noise, and be ready to climb many stairs.

The garden is beautiful, and the stairs are steep, but we were happy to take them for that setting. It was rainy season during our two nights, so we just went slowly and watched our footing. We had a clean triple room with good beds, working air conditioning and Wi-Fi, plus a hot shower with good pressure. The bathroom is basic but clean and functional, which felt fair for the low price. This is a homestay, not a hotel, and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. Great value. We’d come back and stay longer.

The staff were so kind and attentive, and made us feel very well looked after. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, and a good deal for the price. Housekeeping was excellent too, which added to how comfortable we felt. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return on a future visit. Highly recommend!
