The Waterside B&B

Sue gave us a lovely welcome and made us feel at home. The B&B was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and a great breakfast. It’s in a handy location, across from Towers Restaurant and near a few nice little shops and cafes. It would suit any age group, and it’s dog friendly too. One of the nicest B&Bs I’ve stayed in in Ireland. Thanks loads, Sue.

Sue’s knowledge of the area made the trip even better, and I also had a reflexology treatment from her that I can’t recommend enough. She was so friendly and made us feel at home. She and Barney treated my dog like a princess. We spent 3 days there with my partner and dog, and found the B&B amazing, exceptionally clean, and really welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Sue made us feel so welcome at this fabulous B&B. The beds were comfortable, and there were lovely snacks in the room. The location by the water is beautiful, with great views. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I’d definitely recommend it.

Sue runs the place day to day and is a total legend. She shared helpful local knowledge and suggestions, recommended activities, and entertained us with stories from her travels around the world. The location beside Westport Harbour is fantastic, close to loads of bars and restaurants, with lovely views of the water and boats. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was an excellent continental spread, with coffee and treats available all day. My new wife and I had a fantastic time over our 4 nights. I’d highly recommend this B&B.
