Uğur was a huge help when I realized, after getting back to Scotland, that I’d lost my passport. He went straight to my room, searched it himself and found it, then helped arrange a courier for the next day. I had my passport back within 48 hours, which meant I could still travel for Easter. That meant a lot to me. Uğur, I hope you see this, and thank you again. The world would be a better place with more people like you. The hotel itself was lovely, in a great spot a short walk from the ferry terminal, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.

I was in town for my son's wedding. He stayed at the Sefton Hotel, but I thought Admiral House Hotel was much better. It was a lovely stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again when I visit the Isle of Man.

Breakfast was delicious, cooked to order, and there were plenty of choices. The staff were warm and friendly, which made the stay even nicer. The hotel is spacious and ideally located, and my room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. I slept really well and will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

We spent a month here while relocating to IOM, and the staff’s kindness and courtesy really stood out. They went out of their way throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were tidy and cleaned regularly. The location is fantastic, with views over the Douglas promenade, the market right behind, and the main bus stop just two streets away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything else was perfect, and breakfast was so good I’d give the food ten stars if I could. Domenico was the best, such a kind and lovely person to be around. The water pressure wasn’t great, though I think that may have been because our room was on the top floor.
