Parking takes a bit of planning, but it can be managed if you’re out before 10:00am and don’t return before 4:00pm. It’s limited to two hours between 8am-6pm. The bedrooms were basic, old and had no view, but that was fine since we just slept there. We spent our time in the huge, lovely living and dining area, which had the best views over the water, and the kitchen was great. The owner was super nice and customer service was great. I’d definitely book again.

Getting to the car park was a nightmare, a 15-minute walk away. The location felt neither in town nor out of it. There wasn’t really any service, just a quick handover of key cards. The rooms were grubby and smelled stuffy and mouldy, and there was mould in the bathrooms along with rusty towel rails.

The location and view were amazing, and the apartment was huge, clean and really comfortable. Great beds, a massive TV and a good kitchen. Check-in was easy: I rang the bell, and Nigel the manager came out and gave me all the information I needed. Honestly, it’s a luxury apartment, and they’re underpricing it.

We’ll definitely come back and ask for this place again. My family had a great first visit to the Isle of Man, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The apartment was spacious, had everything, and felt like somewhere you could live. The views were fantastic, even better than the pictures. Service was brilliant from beginning to end. It’s right in the heart of Douglas, with everything a short walk away. Thanks to Nige and the team. 🤗

The apartment’s got an amazing view and a perfect location, and the team were really helpful. We had a beautiful stay from start to finish. Already making plans to return and use Cunard Apartments again. Thanks for such a lovely time!
