The rooms were clean, the amenities were good, and the stay felt worth the money. Staff were generous and welcoming, and they worked around my schedule for both check-in and check-out without any hassle. I also saw them give discounts to a group of schoolchildren in need who were staying for a day. That was a kind thing to do. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend the hotel.

The food was barely edible, and the service showed little hospitality. Our first room was filthy, especially the bathroom, where muddy footprints were still on the floor. When we raised it, the manager didn’t apologize and suggested paying extra to move to a “better room.” The place fell short on basic hygiene and service. I’d never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Getting papad and chutney at the bar took repeated requests, and the service was awful. We may as well have had our drinks on a street corner outside. A really bad experience 🤣🤣

The food was amazing, and Ma Khemchand me was the best. They also helped us arrange a transfer to Sariska Tiger park. Great hotel!

Omillal sain from housekeeping was always ready to help and was a good person. The staff and management at Sparrow hotels were supportive too. We had a good experience, thank you.
