The reception staff were helpful, and there’s parking for about 3-4 cars. The property is around a 10-15 minute drive from arambol beach. The rooms are spacious and have a nice private balcony, but they were extremely dirty and need a serious deep clean. The mosquito net on the window was the only reason I gave the room one star; otherwise it would have been zero. The tea cups weren’t washed properly. Mine still had old, dried tea powder stuck inside. At 9.59 pm I asked the owner/head for plates and spoons, and he said the kitchen was closed and he couldn’t provide them. Fifteen minutes later, an older person from reception brought two paper plates and some plastic spoons, so credit to them for the service. Don’t expect much from this place.

It’s quiet here, and the rooms are nice and clean. The owner and staff are good and cooperative. Just keep in mind that the restaurant and bar aren’t operating, and the kitchen is closed, so you may need to order food online. Consider all of that before you go.

We checked in at the last minute and had a great stay. The rooms were tidy, and Arambol Beach is nearby, which makes this a good spot for families or bachelors. The staff were very cooperative. After going to Goa many times, I’ve finally found a place that’s nearly perfect for me.

I’ve been staying here for the last 2-3 years. It’s a good budget resort, the location is perfect, and there’s pretty much everything around it. The owner and staff have been so nice to deal with.
