Capital O Elegant Amethyst Business Hotel Near Ragigudda Sri Prasanna Anjaneyaswamy Temple

I got to Bangalore at 4.30am and reached the hotel at 5.45am, but the two mobile numbers posted there didn’t answer. A guy sleeping by reception told me check-in was at 11am. I’d already paid early, so I felt stuck and waited on the road for 5 to 6 hrs instead of finding another hotel. There’s no proper contact for getting information. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and they should close the hotel and do some other business.

The shared pathway was unhygienic, with beer bottles and bin bags by the lift. In the room, all I was given was a used bowel. The bathroom taps didn’t work, and the light in there was dim. It was a shady, unhygienic place. Oyo will never change, worst experience. They call it a business hotel, and Capital O properties are generally decent, but this room and hotel were the worst place you could choose. Please dnt book this place.

I checked in at 12:00 AM, and by 4:07 AM I’d barely slept for 4 hours. Bed bugs were in the extremely dirty, unhygienic room and had badly affected my hand. Other guests had complained about the same issue before, but it seems no action was taken. I faced it too today. I called the staff, but the receptionist didn’t respond at all. This place was highly disappointing and felt unsafe for guests. Read the reviews carefully before booking, and I strongly recommend not booking this hotel.

There’s no water in the washroom for bathing, and nobody has come to clean or replace the sheets. The room, bed, and washroom are in extremely poor condition. Bugs were on the bed, and the bedsheet and cover were dirty and damaged.
