Hotel Spark Residency

The rooms are neat and the people are friendly, though don't expect much for the price. Bring your own towels, since theirs aren't good. Don't be put off by the price or location.

I went to ask about rates and see the rooms because four of my relatives, all senior citizens, were coming for medical treatment at Global hospital nearby. Reception treated us terribly, as if we'd come begging for food. They just said to come back in the evening and maybe they'd show us then. The area around reception and the inside looked dirty and dusty. Anyone with an operation or open wounds should avoid this place. I also wondered whether some of the workers might be Bangladeshi. I'm Bengali from WB, but they couldn't understand my Bengali at all.

I've stayed at Hotel Spark Residency three times and will come back. The rooms are neat and clean, and support is available. Gleaneagles Hospital is only a two-minute walk away. Bad bedsheets, cockroaches in the rooms, and no hot water. The worst experience. I'm never going back.
