Firangipani Suites

The kitchen keeps things interesting, with good flavors as well as variety. I especially like that they suggest new or unusual dishes depending on your mood. On my frequent weekend drives to Kolkata, I enjoy stopping here, and the warm hospitality has made it feel like an extended home over time. Saikat deserves a special mention for consistently going out of his way to make each stay comfortable and memorable. His thoughtful attention and genuine care make a real difference. I hope the team keeps up this personal service and continues to do well.

We stayed for one day. The front area could use an upgrade since it’s unpaved, but the rest of the hotel felt well maintained and cozy. Our room was clean, spacious, and neatly arranged, and the washroom was large and clean too. The restaurant was clean and classy, with an open-air area, and breakfast had a good range of choices. Staff were polite and quick to help.

Our family and guests had a comfortable, memorable stay while we were here for my sister’s wedding. The housekeeping and service teams were dedicated and quick to help, and their teamwork kept things running smoothly. Weddings bring plenty of last-minute requests and surprises, but the staff stayed calm and cooperative throughout. Ms. Sanjana Singh and Ms. Megha at the front office were especially helpful and polite. They quickly sorted out issues, arranged priority room clean-ups, and brought requested items after a single call. Their coordination and prompt problem-solving made a big difference on such a busy occasion. I’d recommend the hotel for family functions, weddings, and other special events. Thanks to the whole team for helping make our celebration special.

The restaurant food was great, and the rooms were decent for about 2,000 to 2,500 a night. It also felt safe coming as a couple. The location worked well for a stay of a few days: it’s right opposite TCS gitanjali, with tata medical, candor tech space, and other places close by. I had a great stay and would gladly return.
