We booked online and called the hotel ourselves to confirm, but when we arrived at midnight, they told us they don't accept international guests. We had to wander around the city in the middle of the night and were lucky to find another hotel at 2:00am. The next day, the booking site messaged us to say the reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't shown up. What a weird, unprofessional mess. Very bad service.

The staff were good, the rules were followed strictly, and the room and premises were kept reasonably clean. There are South Indian channels on TV, and the simple tiffin should suit different kinds of people. Still, Konark residency may seem a little expensive to people who book after seeing the pictures. I'd put it at about 3.5 on average, though it's a good residency for a range of guests.

The rooms are a little small, but the service is excellent. Breakfast comes hot and fresh, and the WiFi is quite fast. A good place to stay.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and really like it. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are great and helpful. (Robin)

The location works well if you're visiting Andheri or Goregaon. The place itself is decent, although a bit overpriced.
