The night before check-in, I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled "on user request," even though I hadn't cancelled it. My relative arrived at the hotel for a two day stay and found there was no booking. I'd booked through OYO's website with a good discount, so I suspect this is done by OYO to leave you having to pay higher rates when you arrive and discover there's no reservation. This is a bad practice by either OYO or the hotel manager. Also, water drips from the AC in some rooms. We had to put down a mat at night so no one would slip. Please fix the leaking ACs.

It's a nice, comfortable place, but feels like ordinary oyo rooms. I don't get why they call it "oyo home"!
