Wi-Fi is switched off every morning, then the AC and power are turned off later in the morning. They stay off for several hours each day, without our permission. Hotel Krishna Residency is in a good spot for MIDC Turbhe, but the amenities are poor.

The rooms were filthy and smelled awful, and even the bed sheets were dirty. I found cockroaches and lizards in the room, which is unacceptable. Hygiene seemed nonexistent, and the staff were extremely rude and unwilling to help. A terrible stay. I won't be back or recommend it.

The rooms are cramped and badly ventilated, with a strong bad smell. They didn't provide basic complimentary drinking water or breakfast.

My friends spent the night here. It was good, and the hygiene was maintained.
