Magic Mist Resort A Boutique Resort

We booked one deluxe house and two regular rooms, but the room we got was in terrible shape and nothing like the ones shown online. When we complained, they acted as if the online booking discount meant we should accept it. The electricity, heater, and other provided items were all in poor condition. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was no soap, handwash, or bottled water. They even charged us for basic coffee. The stairs were broken too, which made us uncomfortable. Right from the gate, the ramp was uneven and badly scratched our vehicle’s bumper. In our experience, the basic amenities weren’t there, so we’d say a big no to this hotel or homestay.

The owner and staff are cooperative and kind. You can clearly see the tea gardens and buildings from here, and it’s a peaceful place to stay. I’ll think of staying here again in the future.

I’ve never had such a bad experience. We weren’t welcomed properly, and the rooms, bedsheets, and screens were extremely dirty and smelled awful. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable. My heartfelt advice is to pick another property for your valuable vacation.

We spent two days in the family deluxe room and had a great stay with good service. They helped us sort out all the miscellaneous things, and the room had a green valley view. It’s also close to all the locations.
