Beachfront Villas

The staff were polite and helpful, the food was tasty with a good range of options, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. From the room we had a lovely ocean view and a soothing sea breeze. The resort is right by the beach, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful sea views. The beach itself was clean and uncrowded, great for morning walks and relaxing evenings. It was a refreshing, relaxing stay, and we'd love to return.

The service was only okay, and food choices were limited. There's no proper restaurant, and you have to give them an hour's notice if you want something to eat. Breakfast was okay too, nothing special. For the price, the stay felt mediocre, and you can find better hotels or homestays nearby. The property is hard to reach because there's no proper route, and the location isn't good. Despite the “beach front” name, it's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and the rooms don't have a full beach view. Cleanliness is average, and the rooms look a bit old and poorly maintained. There aren't many amenities, no proper seating area or indoor activities, and the surroundings aren't very lively. Parking is available but not well organised.

We couldn't check in because of a mistake on the hotel's side, which was extremely frustrating. The manager wasn't cooperative and just told us to contact Agoda instead of helping fix the problem. I expected much better support and customer service. A very disappointing experience at Beach Front Villas.

The location is perfect, but the stay was pathetic. We booked rooms for 3nights 4days with breakfast, and the breakfast was awful. The rooms were shabby, the bathrooms very dirty, and the whole place seemed poorly maintained. The AC units weren't maintained: one dripped water and some were broken. When we called through the intercom, they deliberately disconnected us and switched off our phones. It's a huge property, but they really can't maintain it. Please don't book here.
