Rourkela was in a power shutdown, and all I asked was to let my dog stay the night. We offered to pay extra, but they didn’t help at all. There wasn’t an ounce of humanity. I hope the business dooms.

The room is a little small, but it was okay. The location is good, the stay comfortable, and everything was clean and clear. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Overall, a healthy stay.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff behaved very well. They were professional, and the service was nice.

The service was very bad, and the staff were rude. The price was too much, and they said we couldn’t use the lift all the time. They gave us a TV without a remote and an AC without a remote. The window could literally be opened from outside, which felt very unsafe. I had a very bad experience and ask people not to visit.

The location is in a cramped gali, though parking is available. Rooms could be better, and they said renovation would happen soon. Complimentary breakfast is provided in the room.
