A peaceful stay right on the main road. The hotel has good amenities, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There was a variety of food, though the taste could be better.

We went here for dinner two years ago as a group of more than 20. They split us into smaller groups of five or six, but nobody in our party liked the food or the service. The wait was far too long. I hope their dining service has improved since then.

The rooms were spacious and the view was good, but everything else felt chaotic. We stayed one night on the way to Brinath and another on the return. The owners spoke sweetly but didn’t follow through. At 5 a.m., after we’d gone to bed at 2 a.m., people called asking us to move our car. The restaurant was a complete mess, and both times my family had to go into the kitchen to get food. The food was average. The rooms and view were good, but the rest was chaos.

We had to switch rooms twice because the AC wasn’t working, and even after all that, one room’s AC stayed broken for the entire visit. The washrooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. At checkout, we calmly described the problems, but the owner and his wife replied rudely, saying “paisa do aur jao.” The staff were just as disrespectful and unprofessional. They were uncooperative and rude throughout our stay. We’d booked two rooms, and the whole experience was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The hospitality and customer service were horrible.
