There was no front desk, no staff, and no real service that I could see. After checkout I asked to leave my luggage for just two hours, and they wanted $50 for it. That felt absurd. Nearby hotels I hadn’t even booked with kindly held my bags for free. The property felt unwelcoming, more like an apartment building run by a slumlord and marketed as a hotel. I booked through Chase Travel expecting a legitimate hotel, but the place was completely misrepresented. Travelers deserve to know what they’re booking. Avoid it if basic hospitality, honesty, or comfort matter to you.

The room and location were great, but getting inside was tricky at first. My husband and I have used keyless entry for years, yet it took us five days to figure out this keypad. Turns out you need to touch it very lightly with your fingertip, we’d been pressing too hard. Hope that saves someone else the trouble!

We stayed four days and got by without room service, though it is available for an extra cost. The basement laundry was a real help, and I was able to get extra towels there too. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was good. Great location, easy to walk everywhere, and the room worked well for four. Be sure to try the restaurant next door.

There’s a self-service laundry in the basement. The price seemed reasonable for being so close to the city center. Since all contact is remote, though, it could take a while to sort things out if you run into a problem.
