The room was still being cleaned when we got back from skiing at 14:40, almost six hours after leaving at 8:30. Having to wait before we could change or rest was a real inconvenience, and shouldn't happen at a luxury hotel. We also found towels missing in the spa. At checkout, nobody asked how our stay had gone or seemed interested in feedback. The service needs more care and consistency to match the hotel's price and standing. It's a beautiful place, but the human side falls behind the architecture. The design is striking, mixing modern luxury with Alpine charm. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the rooftop pool in the serene spa has breathtaking views. For looks and physical comfort, Hotel Lamm delivers. It's undoubtedly among the most beautiful properties in Castelrotto.

The half-board deal was fantastic: guests can have dinner at the hotel for 25 euros per person per day, provided they commit for the whole stay. We spent four nights there, and the food was consistently excellent, often creative and surprising. Those five-course dinners would easily cost $100 or more per person in America. The rooms are stylish and modern, with lots of storage and handy touches like the toilet and shower in separate rooms. There's no AC, but unless there's a serious heat wave, the mountain nights get cool enough.

The hotel is right in the village center, with parking, a beautiful rooftop pool, and a restaurant that's excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was large and elegant, with a balcony facing the Dolomites. Everything was perfect, highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and set in a lovely location, and the comfort and cleanliness are hard to beat. What really sets it apart, though, is the staff. Gianluca and Simone in the restaurant made an extra effort to help guests feel welcome. 100% recommend. 👏👏👏
