The staff were really kind and helpful, and the room was clean and fair for the price. It’s about a five-minute walk to the train station and ten minutes to Ponto Vecchio, with plenty of breakfast spots nearby. Sound insulation could be a little better, but it wasn’t a major issue.

We could leave our bags after checkout, which was kind of them, and the staff were very helpful. The bathrooms were large and well kept. It’s right by Firenze station, handy for getting around as tourists. They buzz you in, which makes sense since the area near the station can feel dodgy. Breakfast is available at the sister hotel for 15 euros per adult and 10 per child.

Booked at the last minute. Best service, great staff, and the rooms were super big and comfortable.

We were lucky the Montreal had a room when we needed one. The place we’d booked nearby, supposedly a 3 star, didn’t even have an ensuite bathroom. Here, our large room had an extra sofa bed and its own bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value and a great location. Thanks for rescuing two tired travellers.

I left something important in the room, and they sent it to me in Germany without any hesitation. The rooms were clean and the service very friendly. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
