Cute room with a balcony, and the host was good. It's a 20-minute walk from Florence SMN train station, but Muratori Tram station is just a minute away. Tram tickets cost 1.5 Euro. A good place to stay.

Domenico, the owner, was very nice and helpful while we were there. The location is handy for Muritari T1 tram station, which takes you to Novella station.

The host was quick to respond, and I had a good stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped well enough for two or three days. It's within walking distance of the Muratori stop on tram line T1.3. Getting my room keys a little later than advertised was inconvenient, but otherwise I had no issues. I'd recommend it.

The location is excellent, and I appreciated the two pillows, air conditioning, coffee, and appliances that let us have breakfast in the room. The bathroom needs more space. There's nowhere to set a toiletry bag if a man needs a proper shave or a woman wants to do her hair properly. A glass would also be useful for taking medicine if you arrive without a bottle. The TV needs to be higher, since it's impossible to watch from the desk while lying in bed. There's no parking space, or even a place to unload, which is a shame.
