We stayed for 7 days. At first the price seemed a little high, but by the end we felt it was worth every penny. The room, its condition, the cleanliness, and the location were all perfect. Sylvia was so kind and always replied quickly to our messages. The welcome wine was delicious, too. We’re definitely planning to return next year. Please remember us when we come back next year ^^

A great place for a family, with lots of room and a gorgeous interior. The bathroom feels upscale, the floors are heated, and there’s a small kitchen. The location is perfect and the price was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I could return every year.

We only stayed one night and wished we had booked longer. The unit felt like a small apartment, with a full but compact kitchen, glasses, and other basics. The modern, quality finishes were a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an apartment, so there aren’t standard hotel services like a concierge or room service. The bed is made daily, though, and you can add full daily cleaning if you want. The location is ideal, with all the major Florence sights a short walk away. We also appreciated the welcome gift. I’d recommend this hotel/apartment, especially for anyone visiting for a longer stay.

We accidentally booked the wrong year! We only realized when we tried to check in. Sophia was incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of her way to find us another place to stay. We can’t speak to the rooms, but she was great!

The place was modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Duomo/David and an easy 15 minute walk to Firenze SM Novella train station. The host was wonderful and replied to messages quickly.
