The location made getting around simple: Santa Maria Novella train station is a 10-minute walk, a tram stop outside goes straight to the airport in 20 minutes, and there's also a bus stop nearby. The B&B was quiet at night, even when full, and the décor has a distinctive Florentine feel. Rooms are clean and updated, with comfortable beds and useful details like a small fridge, writing desk, and refreshed bathrooms. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Check-in and luggage storage were easy even though we arrived after hours. Breakfast looked appealing, with coffee, pastries, and spreads, but we usually missed it because we woke around 10 a.m. In my view, it's good value for couples or families wanting comfort, character, and convenience.

The tram runs right by the property, and you can feel a shake whenever one passes. It's manageable, but light sleepers may notice it. The room was very nice and close to both the station and city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks to the blond hair lady who let us keep our luggage for de hours.

The host welcomed us like we were at home and was attentive and helpful from the start. The room comfortably fit three of us, me, my wife, and our 4 yr old. It's close to the train station and within easy walking distance of many places. I recommend staying here.

The rooms were really nice and clean, and the daily breakfast was delicious. Staff made us feel very welcome and gave us great suggestions for our time in florece. It's a cozy, lovely place within walking distance of the tram and train station.

We spent four nights here and had a great time. The room was gorgeous, with clear care put into its design and the bathroom, and everything was exceptionally clean. Reception staff were so kind and welcoming, and nothing felt like too much to ask. The location is ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance of everything. We'd recommend this place to anyone reading.
