The bathroom was a highlight, with great towels and soft toilet paper. The pillows, though, were very hard, and the main street is noisy, which you'd expect from such a central spot. You're close to the central train station and the harbor, right on the main shopping street. We bought some very expensive wine from the owners, but every bottle lost its cork within five days, so we couldn't keep any for later. I'd stay again, just wouldn't buy the wine.

The location is very central, but that's the only good thing I can say. The owners behave poorly and don't tell customers in advance when they make changes on their end. Looking at other people's feedback, the owners seem to defend their incompetence in response to bad reviews, which only makes things worse.

The owners were completely dishonest. They tried to scam us, and when we wouldn't give in, they made us cancel the reservation. I wouldn't recommend this place under any circumstances.

The customer service was rude, and the whole experience felt petty and unprofessional. The customer is meant to be right, apparently that wasn't true for us. I don't recommend it.

The apartment had the basics we needed, but some things were missing: there were no sheets, the pillows were too flat, and we couldn't find a wine opener. Parking is outside town and costs money, and one night there wasn't a space in the area reserved for the apartment. The owners were very friendly, and so was the supermarket where we bought necessities.
