The view is fantastic, and the place is clean and peaceful. We ate really well too. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Five stars.

We just wanted to have a drink, but they turned us away. The way they treated us was really rude.

Dinner and breakfast were generous, with a nice range of meat and fish. There’s a bar for guests, and the large, comfortable common room has books and board games. A small chapel is open at certain times. Our room was simple but comfortable and warm, with a lovely panoramic balcony and a roomy, practical bathroom. There’s heated storage for ski gear, and the ski bus stops right behind the house. The staff were attentive and very friendly throughout. We found the atmosphere delightful and the service excellent.
