The owners were very welcoming, and the room was cozy, clean, and equipped with everything needed. It’s very close to the center, so getting to the Sassi is easy. There’s free parking outside the property. I highly recommend it.

The area was quiet at night, with supermarkets, bars, bakeries, pizzerias, and diners nearby. The building is outside the city center, and Piazza Vittorio Veneto is a 20-minute walk away. It’s an easy stroll, though there isn’t much to see along most of the way. The last part follows Via Don Minzoni, a pretty cobbled street lined with shops, bars, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value, but on very hot days, if you want to return in the early afternoon, you’ll need to drive and use one of the paid parking lots in the center. We stayed in the Orchid Room, which sleeps three, with a sofa that converts into a bed and worked well for a child. The room is spacious and simply but practically furnished, with a small table for four, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast is served in the room and consists of packaged items, including Mulino Bianco croissants, plum cake, toast, wafers, biscuits, a few jams, Sterilgarda milk, yogurt pots, and blocks of butter in the refrigerator. The necessary placemats, cups, and saucers are provided too. There’s a tiny bathroom sink for washing, but it’s not very suitable. I only tidied it up on the first day and left it for the room cleaner after that. The bathroom is small and has no window, though the shower is a comfortable size. There’s also a hairdryer and a few bath and shower products. The room is on the ground floor, with a door opening directly onto a parking lot behind the building. There’s free street parking in front as well.

They said I could keep the room until 10:30, but someone came to clean it at 9:30. That’s not okay.

The owner is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, well furnished, and practical, with wardrobes, a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. There’s private parking, though it’s also easy to find a spot on the street. The place is outside the city center but just a few minutes away and easy to reach.
