A cozy apartment with a great view from the window, spotless and stocked with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Communication was very pleasant, with all the information sent via WhatsApp.

The shower was almost unusable because the drain was clogged, and the neighbors were noisy. We also found the sofa bed poor quality, very noisy to sleep on, and with a deformed mattress that was hard on the back. The owner was attentive and helpful over chat whenever we needed anything, and the apartment is ideal for two people. Its location, about a 10-minute walk from the center of Merano, is excellent and especially good during the Christmas festivities. But having a car is difficult: outdoor parking is always full, so you can't really stay without paying for the basement garage.

The hostess was very kind and helpful. The apartment was quiet and clean, and not far from the center.

A really comfortable place with all the amenities, right in the center in a very handy spot. Recommended!
