The location is nice, and the staff were polite and helpful. For the price, it’s a good hotel. Cleanliness was acceptable, though I wish they used duvet covers instead of sheets on the duvets.

The staff were friendly and professional, and helped with our requests. We also appreciated the little terrace, the kettle with tea and coffee, and the AC, which was great in summer. The room was quite small, but since we traveled light, unpacking wasn’t a problem. It’s a good budget option if you’re fine staying a bit outside the city center. The metro is a few minutes’ walk away and takes you to the main sights.

The reception team were especially friendly and helpful, and the welcome bottles of water came in handy. We were there for one night on the way to Lake Como. The room was basic but clean and well maintained, and getting to the metro was easy. I’d recommend it for an affordable, good stay in Milan.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, but the tower fan kept me cool enough through the night. For a work night in Milan, this simple hotel had what I needed: a comfortable bed, a clean room, a good shower, and a kettle for hot drinks, which matters most to me. Check-out at 11 let me start the day at an easy pace.

The staff were friendly and professional, and our room was clean and spacious. We stayed one night and were very happy with it. The station is close enough to reach on foot or by metro, and we even had a lovely balcony for morning coffee.
