The apartment was modern and really nice inside, and the bathroom was fine. But the “garden view” description didn’t match what we got. There were two windows facing straight onto the street, so opening them meant people could look right in. The only courtyard view was from the front door, which isn’t what I’d expect from that description. You’d need to be okay keeping the windows shut at any time of day, especially if you’re there during the day. The photos say plenty, so take a look before booking.

We spent three nights here and would happily come back. It was quiet during our stay, though other reviewers have mentioned outside noise, so maybe we were lucky. The apartment was warm, and the heated floors and air conditioning were useful. It’s roomy, bright, clean and cozy, with two double beds and a sofa, plus lots of little touches that made it comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much what you need for a longer stay: an induction cooktop, electric stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee makers, cookware and utensils. Tea and coffee were supplied too. There’s Wi-Fi and a TV, along with a washing machine, hair dryer, heated towel rail and toiletries. The location in Navigli is great. Duomo di Milano is about a 30-minute walk away, and Porta Genova FS is the nearest underground station, around ten minutes on foot. Laura sent clear self-check-in instructions, so getting in was easy. My only small quibble was that the lighting felt a bit dim in the evening. It wasn’t a problem, though, and the rest of the stay more than made up for it.

The location is perfect, but the service wasn’t great.

The atmosphere felt cheerful.
