Breakfast was always a highlight for me, especially the cute macchiatos. I’d head down early, and Melissa, Maymay and Nerisa made me feel right at home. They were so sweet and accommodating. My room was also very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was great, since it was easy to walk everywhere. I had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast had lots of variety and a great selection. The staff were really helpful, from the front desk to the friendly bellhops who gave us directions and recommendations.

The area around the hotel is under heavy construction, so adjust your expectations for that. Aside from the construction, I’d highly recommend it. We had a wonderful stay for the Olympics, with great staff, clean facilities, and delicious food options. Milan centrale and other metro stations are just a 5 minute walk away!

The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly. We chose the hotel for its easy access to Milano Centrale train station. Our one concern was that someone who wasn’t a guest was allowed inside and stole a bag from one person in our group. Guests should always watch their surroundings, but we’d expected staff to notice people loitering alone in the hotel. The thief eventually dropped the bag and only got a credit card. We were told there’s usually a security person at night, just not that night.

I picked this hotel because it’s close to the rail station. It’s sleek and modern, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast had an excellent range of choices. The bathroom, especially the shower, was a little cramped. A good stay.
