The spa was wonderful, and the apartment and location made our two-night stay at Mastrangelo a real pleasure. Fresh fruit, coffee, and prosecco were all plentiful, and every detail seemed to have been thought through. The hostess was so kind, and breakfast was superb. It would be great for a romantic escape or a few days to properly unwind. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything. Roberto and Luisa.

We felt right at home in the apartment, which had everything we needed, and the host was kind, attentive, and quick to respond throughout our stay. The spa was a real peaceful retreat in the heart of Palermo, spacious and comfortable, with slippers, bathrobes, facial treatments, and more. It felt worthy of a 4-star hotel and gave us a proper chance to disconnect from everyday life. A 10/10 for value and comfort.

The photos look lovely, but seeing Mastrangelo in person was even better. We stayed one night and found it so relaxing, with a warm atmosphere, candles, essential oil scents, and soft, calming music. Everything was there for us, including a huge breakfast and tickets for breakfast at the bar downstairs. The hostess was friendly and helped with everything. It’s right in the center, too. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, I recommend it to everyone.

Parking is the one thing I missed, so you have to search in the surrounding area. The apartment itself is in a great spot in the historic center, and we had a truly relaxing night and day at Mastrangelo. It was clean and well organized, and the hostess gave us a warm welcome with clear explanations. Our room was fully stocked, and we were also treated to a generous breakfast at the bar.

The welcome was lovely, and the woman who greeted us patiently explained how everything worked. We found prosecco, sweet and savory snacks, and delicious fresh fruit waiting for us. Still, I expected more from this suite and came away disappointed. The apartment and spa both smell musty and feel very humid. That could be dangerous for someone with allergies. I hope they can sort it out, because the property has a lot going for it.
