We’ve been to Pisa twice as a family with our three children, first in 2013 and again this time, and stayed at Sunflower on both visits. It’s a nice, clean place and a convenient first stop for a day or two, especially if you land late and are tired from the flight. Giovanna is a friendly host who’s always there and someone you can count on. Pisa is a lovely city, not too crowded, and easy to explore with kids without spending too much.
Comfortable and reasonably priced. We could still get breakfast before our early departure at 5:30, and it’s an easy walk into central Pisa.
A clean, peaceful place to stay, and the owner is very kind. It works especially well if you have an early flight: breakfast was available even at 5 a.m. The airport is about a ten-minute walk away.
