As a solo traveller, I felt safe in the area, which matters a lot to me. The Spanish Suite is a great base, an easy walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain with plenty of good restaurants nearby. My room was spotless and well maintained. I liked the stay so much that I added two more nights. The staff were friendly and attentive, quick to answer questions and happy to share local suggestions. Veronica deserves a special mention for going above and beyond, with kindness and attention to detail that made me feel welcome. I’d come back without hesitation.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the staff kindly arranged a surprise for my wife when I asked. They’re available 24/7, and Jemimah at reception was especially kind while helping us. We’ll come again next year!

Sarah from the team really stood out. She was friendly, helpful, and ready whenever I needed something, and her kind, professional manner made the stay even better. The other staff were great too. I enjoyed my time here, found the rooms clean and comfortable, and everything was well looked after. The atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel.
