Aca Hotel Viminale

The stay was deeply disappointing and stressful, and it significantly affected our trip. We made two complaints and nobody ever answered or refunded our stay. Very unprofessional. The air conditioning didn't work, so the room was very cold. From the start, the toilet wasn't working properly and sewage backed up into the shower, leaving a strong urine smell and unhygienic conditions. We told reception right away. They said they'd repair it or move us if needed. When we came back that afternoon, nothing had been fixed. They said they couldn't call a plumber because it was the weekend and the hotel was fully booked, so there was no other room. The next morning, though, we were told a room had been available, even though they knew about the serious sanitary problem. That evening a handyman tried to fix it, with loud drilling and water pumping that caused more stress and disturbance. Afterwards, the bathroom floor was covered in dirty toilet water. When we asked reception to clean it, they threw our towels on the floor and pushed the sewage water around with their feet. It wasn't properly cleaned at all. We had to ask for new towels, and by then the situation was unacceptable. Between the sewage smell, filthy bathroom, repair noise, poor service, and unresolved problems, the stay fell far below basic hotel standards. We have photos of the bathroom and video of the noise.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and the service was amazing. Special thanks to Romeo, who went above and beyond for guests. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It's a great base for touring the city, with lots of local places to visit within walking distance. We look forward to coming back soon!

Romeo and the rest of the staff were super friendly. The room was clean and the location was perfect. Best hotel, highly recommend it.

The location is good, and the rooms are clean. Just be aware that there's noise early in the morning, with people walking around and moving things until late in the evening.
