Casa Flamina San Pietro

The apartment is nicely furnished and kept really clean, and it has an elegant feel. The kitchen is shared, but there’s everything you need for a good breakfast. The owners are lovely. I’d happily come back.

Vincenzo and Stefania were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. They put on generous, excellent breakfasts and showed us around the city center, including recommending some great restaurants. The apartment itself is beautiful and well placed for exploring. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly repeat it.

The hostess even left us a bottle of white wine, and the breakfast was excellent. The large shared kitchen in the two-room apartment had everything needed for cooking, and the location is convenient for the Vatican, shops, cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. Sleeping was harder. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and noisy upstairs neighbors carried on until midnight. Across the street there’s an elementary school and trash bins, so getting proper sleep in the morning was difficult. The room also gets very warm. The bathroom has no range hood, so you’ll have to deal with your own smells, and the sink is small and awkward to use.

We were completely happy with our stay. The owners were very helpful, the welcome felt warm, and breakfast was generous. Thank you!
