My worst booking experience. I booked two apartments for four nights on Sept 9th and paid a 500 EUR deposit. Then on Sept 27th, just one day before we were due to arrive, the owner told me we'd been moved to another guest house. It hadn't been renovated and was in worse condition, but he wouldn't reduce the price. He said I could take the deposit back and find somewhere else if I didn't accept the change. We didn't want to support a business we couldn't trust, so we found another hotel. When I asked for my money back, the owner said there'd be no refund because I'd cancelled one day before arrival. After three days of struggling, I got 400 EUR back, with 100 EUR still missing. I strongly recommend avoiding this guest house.

The room was clean, as described, but the bed was uncomfortable and problematic, and the metro isn't very close. This is a small B&B style place with just a few rooms. They asked for extra money after I left, so I can't recommend it. I stayed for two nights.

The host was helpful, and the room felt clean and cozy. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, too. It's a great B&B in a convenient spot, about 20 minutes on foot from Termini station, or an easy bus ride away. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here several times. The service is excellent, and I like being able to use the kitchen and prepare my own food. The shared fridge is fantastic.
