Delia is quick to respond, reliable, and HELPFUL. This dorm-style place has only about five other rooms, and it wasn't noisy any night. I've stayed in more than 10 hotels and Airbnbs in Rome this year, and this is one of my favorites. It's a no-brainer and a real review. The value is unbeatable: a spacious room with a desk, a large comfy bed and duvet, a big washroom for Rome, very clean, with reliable Wi-Fi even for work and video calls. St Peters is a 15-minute walk away, and there are lots of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores within five minutes. By far a better option than staying at a hotel, which usually has tiny washrooms and rooms, terrible Wi-Fi, and a weird smell.

Once we'd found the B&B, it was awesome, though finding it was a little difficult at first. The location is brilliant, 600m from the subway and 1.2 km from the Vatican, with lots of restaurants nearby. It's a comfy, quiet B&B with a lovely breakfast and friendly staff. The owner is very nice.

The room was great, well kept, and looked after, and the staff member at checkout was friendly. But nobody was there to check us in at 2pm, so we had to wait and sort it out ourselves. We ended up missing some of the Rome sights we wanted to see.
