The bathrooms smelled, and there was a lot of dirt in plain sight. The two toilets were filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the mattresses were dirty too. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no small saucepans. We had to climb 42 steps because there’s no lift. Electrical sockets seemed dangerous and TV cables hung down the walls. Nothing felt refined, and we spent a lot of time out. Best to avoid.
