The staff were really nice, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. We were offered an apartment for six with three small rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a terrace. The elevator, beds, closets and bathroom fixtures seemed like they were from the first Roman republic. The shower head sent water from 12 holes in different directions. The toilet seat didn't fit or stay secured to the bowl, and we were told not to put toilet paper in the toilet. This felt like a two-star hotel with one star added by mistake. Don't stay here, go somewhere else.

We loved the decor and the staff were very helpful. There are good restaurants and food spots nearby with good prices, and the place is near the main train and bus hub. A lovely stay, and we'll visit again. Thanks!

The woman at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and the train station is within easy walking distance. That was about all I liked. The room was extremely small, with only about 8 inches between the bed and wall to squeeze through to the bathroom. The shower was ridiculously tiny, even by European standards. If you dropped the soap, there was no way to bend down and get it, and I'm athletic and weigh 160 lbs. The water heater ran out of hot water every time. The entrance to the rooms looked ghetto and a bit scary. If it had been cheap, I might have overlooked all this, but it wasn't. If you want to overpay for a small, depressing room, this is the place.

We're leaving Rome with big smiles. The reception staff were always helpful, and the hotel made our stay comfortable and relaxing. It's close to the station and a bus stop, with many attractions within walking distance. They even gave us chocolates for my birthday. Thanks for a lovely stay, I'd highly recommend it.

The hotel is very close to Roma Termini and the metro, and the staff were courteous and helpful. My room was quite small, and the bathroom wasn't great: there was a bad smell from somewhere, and the shower only gave me very hot water. I was in a hurry and couldn't ask them to fix it, so maybe check it as soon as you arrive. The night was quiet, but I could hear everything once someone started talking in the hallway.
