Hotel Je Rome

After weeks of travel, the clean, restorative spa at Je Rome was just the reset we needed at the end of our honeymoon. We left feeling looked after and already hoping to return. The welcome from the staff was warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful, and the hotel sits right in the middle of everything. The wonderful Anava is next door, too. Breakfast was fresh and generous, and we looked forward to starting each morning with it. If you're after comfort, a central location, and caring hospitality in Rome, I'd recommend Je Rome.

The staff were always welcoming, even when they were busy with other guests. They made our three-day stay at this small boutique hotel feel personal. When we arrived before check-in, they stored our bags without hesitation, then brought them up to the room once it was ready while we were out exploring. They also gave us a map to help us get our bearings. We had a junior suite that was clean, spacious, bright, and quiet, with no street noise. The decor was lovely, the AC worked well, and we were comfortable. There were complimentary water bottles each day and all the amenities we needed. The hotel is wonderfully central. Trevi Fountain was about a two-minute walk away, and the Pantheon around five minutes in the other direction. There were churches, pasta and gelato spots, and souvenir shops just a few minutes away. Piazza Navona was an easy 18-minute walk, and we walked all the way to the Vatican. We felt safe walking to and from Trevi around midnight, too. For my first trip to Rome, I couldn't have asked for a better location. We really enjoyed the restaurant. It was handy to have coffee and breakfast on site. We ate there on our first morning after arriving early and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. We also stopped in for coffee many times. We arranged an airport transfer through the hotel for our 6:30 a.m. flight, since I wasn't sure who'd drive us at 2:30 a.m. The driver arrived on time and helped with the bags, and the whole thing went smoothly. Check-out was just as easy: we reviewed the extra room charges, paid, and headed out. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'd definitely choose Je Rome again when I return to Rome. 10/10, highly recommend it!

Our room at JE Rome was spotless, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with a lovely balcony. A bench or stand for our luggage would have been useful, but that small gap didn't take away from the quality of the accommodation. The restaurant was a real highlight. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. It deserves a higher rating and more recognition for the care put into each dish. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to do a little extra to make us comfortable. Their warmth added a personal touch to the whole stay. The hotel has a cosy, romantic feel that's great for couples or anyone wanting to enjoy Rome's charm. Its location is hard to beat, just a short walk from the iconic Trevi Fountain, which made exploring easy. I can wholeheartedly recommend JE Rome to anyone visiting Rome. We stayed in a suite with our twin seven-year-olds and all found the beds comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, though this small boutique hotel is expensive. It's easy to walk to all the sights from here, but the area is packed with tourists. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and its excellent cocktails were a plus. Breakfast was the main letdown. Service was slow, and as a vegetarian family we felt the choices were limited for the room price. There were baked goods, fruit, and scrambled eggs. We bought pancakes each day for 9 euros. They were tasty, but I felt they should have been included.
