For the price and location, it’s a good option. We spent four nights in the double room with a private bathroom. It was fairly clean and nice, but very noisy. There’s no soundproofing, and the tourists in the other rooms were loud and disrespectful. The kitchen is shared, and the host has a few breakfast choices, but nothing fresh like bread, fruit or vegetables. A metro station is about 10-15 minutes away on foot, and the Colosseum is a 40-minute walk.

The breakfast options were good, and it was clean and comfortable for a good price. It’s a little way out in the suburbs, which is the trade-off for the cost. There are plenty of food choices nearby, and a Conad supermarket about a five-minute walk away.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, a TV, AC and lots of room for clothes. The bathroom was beside the room, clean and equipped with a shower, toilet and towels. The kitchen was next to it. Breakfast was in the fridge, including water, milk, orange juice, yogurt, butter and jam. On the table there was a coffee maker, cereal, toast and plumcakes.

The room was really spacious, with its own bathroom and a spot in the fridge. It’s a comfortable B&B in a great part of Rome. You can walk to the metro in about 10 minutes, or take bus 85 to the Colosseum. There are also plenty of food shops nearby with good fruit and other groceries.

We found the service extremely kind, and they let us check out later than usual. The rooms were warm and pleasant, with what we needed for the night, including a plasma TV. It’s especially convenient if you’re going to Ecampus University, and I’d say the price is below the usual B&B average.
