We came back after two weeks and have made our minds up, we won't switch places again. This will be "our" home whenever we're in Rome, because it really feels like home. It's warm, cozy, relaxing, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I don't think I've ever spotted a speck of dust, and everything works perfectly. The room has everything: a breakfast basket, kettle, TV, wardrobe with safe, full bathroom, and breakfast table. There's also a small kitchen just outside, with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and plenty of breakfast food. It's like being at home, or even better. The owner is kind, courteous, available, and professional, and every little detail has been looked after. February 14, 2020 January 31, 2020 Truly welcoming, beautiful, and clean. The rooms have private bathrooms and there's a shared kitchen. The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Lorenzo was easy to reach and gave us really useful tips for places to see and eat. Breakfast included fresh fruit, and our room was spotless. The bus stops right outside, St. Peter's Basilica is only a five-minute walk, and the Colosseum takes around 20 minutes by bus. Great value, and I'd happily stay again.
