In Roma Vale & Hillary Colosseo

The noise made it impossible to sleep, and there was no solution. Music from a disco in the neighboring housing came through from another building. We also left one morning and came back that night to find the door open. The owner blamed the cleaning woman, and she blamed the owner. They claim we left it open on our first day at check-in, but we have a photo and video showing otherwise. This isn't a hotel as advertised, it's a lie. Unsafe and horrible. I'm a National Police officer and don't recommend it. A scammer.

The location was good. There was no hot water, the fridge was mouldy and didn't work, and the TV was out of order.

I paid $450 USD for the room, which was a disgrace for what they offer. The bathroom is outside the room, and neither the heating nor the hot water worked. There was no Wi-Fi either, and I didn't hear back until noon the following day. A week before arriving, I emailed a request and my contact details, but got no reply. When I arrived at night, Gustavo hadn't sent any instructions for getting in. I had to ask the neighbors and wait outside until an email finally came at midnight. Shameful. Poor service, and I don't recommend it.

The room might work for a workers' hostel. One window won't open, the bathroom door looks ready to fall off, the toilet keeps running, and there are several leaks and water marks on the ceiling. And that terrace, balcony, whatever it's supposed to be... The photos on the hotel's website have nothing to do with what we found.
