Lilla Suites - Musei Vaticani

The phone support was quick and reliable, and made me feel looked after. Getting in was easy too: a link opens the building entrance, then a short code works for the apartment and room. The room and bathroom were spotless, the shower looked brand new, and the toiletries were fine. It was completely quiet, and the service felt like a four-star hotel. The only small difference is that coffee means going to the shared area to use a pod machine. Well done.

Samuela’s immediate help got us out of a difficult situation and made us feel safe again. We arrived tired, worried, and disappointed after being scammed at another property that looked nothing like its photos. We found much more than a place to stay here, and her kindness and humanity changed the whole experience. Lilla Suite Musei Vaticani is beautiful and thoughtful in every detail. Our room was immaculate, elegant, quiet, and comfortable, with a great bed, modern bathroom, air conditioning, and everything we needed after traveling to Rome. Ottaviano station is only a few steps away. We’re grateful to Samuela for her care and professionalism, and for giving our short stay in Rome such a lovely ending. We’ll definitely return. Thank you for welcoming us and little Lilli 🐶

The radiator didn’t work, so we had to use the air conditioning for heat, and there wasn’t one German-language TV channel. The signs for the A and B sections of the house could also be clearer. Even so, the guesthouse is nicely furnished, the service was very good, and the staff member we met was friendly and accommodating. Recommended.

The owner was very accommodating when I asked about my oxygen therapy equipment, which I need for a medical condition. Another place had refused to provide it, so I’m grateful she made it possible without any trouble. The property was clean and welcoming, and very well located near the Vatican. Thank you.
