It was a disappointing experience at Loft 5C in Roma. I'd booked well in advance, but had to give up the stay because I came down with the flu and a high fever. I let them know promptly, yet the property showed no willingness to accommodate me. They still insisted on the full payment and didn't offer even a voucher or the chance to reschedule. That lack of understanding is far from what you'd expect from a serious, welcoming place. I won't return or recommend it.
