Magia In Trastevere

It’s in a convenient spot with facilities easy to reach, but the flat was unfortunately very dirty. On the second morning, while we were asleep, someone opened the door without telling us in advance to leave clean towels. We woke up to a stranger in the flat. The Internet didn’t work either. We told the host, who said it was fixed, but it still wasn’t.

The only things that went well were the location and being allowed to leave our luggage after checkout. The house was badly maintained: window handles stuck in your hand and kept the windows from closing all the way, there was mold on the shower tiles, dust everywhere, and the mattress had only a sheet on it. There was no detergent or soap for washing hands, and the only wastebasket was in the kitchen. The kettle and coffee maker there were clearly full of limescale. Everything else needs to be reviewed. Terrible experience.

The apartment was very nice and the location was good, but it needs a deep clean. There was lots of limescale, the showers didn’t work properly, and the beds were too soft, with uncomfortable pillows. Some things need replacing, including the poor kitchenware. The elevator to the second floor is very small, so access is difficult.

It’s a very good location, close to the center, and the area is really quiet. But with small children and a stroller, this isn’t the right place. It’s on the second floor, the elevator only fits one person, and the stairs are spiral.
