There isn't a reception, so you can come and go freely, and the host was nice. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Vatican museums and nearly an hour to the colosseum, though the metro and subway are only a two-minute walk away. The shared bathroom is small, and showering can be awkward depending on your height and size. Still, it's a nice B&B for a night or two, and I'd stay again for a short visit.

The staff were great and the rooms clean. The location wasn't that great, although there's a subway station just three blocks away.

The rooms were cool, the location was good, and the balcony view was decent. Free espresso, too! The bed was uncomfortable, though, and the WiFi pretty slow.

You're just steps from Piazza del Popolo, with great museums nearby, including the Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia and the Children's Museum of Rome. Privacy and service were weak points. There was almost no staff, and the elevator was badly neglected. The rooms have glass doors facing a corridor, so noise gets in. It's worse if your room is near the bathroom or living room.
